Our food is prepared in a facility that may process nuts, so we cannot guarantee it is free from nuts or other allergens.

Shipping is a flat rate of HK$50 but we provide free delivery for orders over HK$300.

We only ship within Hong Kong.

Yes, you can recycle water-resistant paper cups, plastic lids, delivery boxes, liners, and dividers.

Please inspect the products upon delivery. If you notice any issues with quality (such as spoilage or damaged packaging), contact our customer service within 24 hours. We’ll get back to you within 12 hours to assist you further.

Based on the circumstances, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement of the order at no charge or provide a full or partial refund, as appropriate. We may ask for the return or photographic proof of any product you're dissatisfied with before processing a refund or replacement.
